What you’ll master
Foundation & Legal Framework
Understand the immigration system, learn to navigate the INA and 8 CFR, determine your correct filing path, and set up the organization that carries you through.
Proving Your Bona Fide Marriage
Meet the legal standard for a genuine marriage with primary and supporting evidence — and learn to address gaps and red flags.
Adjustment of Status (INA § 245)
For spouses in the U.S.: eligibility bars, I-130, I-485, I-864, work authorization, advance parole, public charge, and package assembly.
Consular Processing (INA § 221)
For spouses abroad: the National Visa Center, DS-260, civil documents, domicile issues, the embassy interview, and unlawful-presence waivers.
K-1 Fiancé Visa (INA § 214(d))
Bring your fiancé to the U.S.: IMBRA compliance, I-129F, embassy processing, and the critical 90-day marriage deadline.
Waivers & Inadmissibility
Navigate grounds of inadmissibility and the waivers that overcome them — including extreme-hardship arguments that hold up.
Case Management & Troubleshooting
Track your case across USCIS, CEAC, and EOIR; respond to RFEs; handle delays; and prepare for regular and Stokes interviews.
After Green Card Approval
Maintain your status, remove conditions with Form I-751 (including waivers), and prepare for naturalization.
Employment Authorization Mastery (Bonus)
A premium add-on: EAD applications, automatic extensions, and Social Security coordination while your case is pending.
Legal Research & Self-Advocacy
Research immigration law like an attorney — the INA, CFR, Policy Manual, and case precedents — and advocate effectively for your case.
